Yes. Once you are sponsored by a BIC and have joined a firm, you can fill out the Realtor Member Application.
The Dues are based off of your level of membership: Primary REALTOR® Member, Secondary REALTOR® Member, Transfer REALTOR® Member and Affiliate Member. Here is the breakdown of each. Please note the membership dues are prorated monthly for REALTOR members and quarterly for Affiliate Members.
Membership dues will go out via email at the beginning of October. Payment is due on or before December 31st. A late fee will be added to unpaid dues on February 1st. If we do not receive payment for you Annual Dues by March 1st, you will be switched to inactive in our system and your NRDS number will no longer work.

- North Carolina Regional MLS: Please go to our MLS Section of our website and click on NCRMLS Application Our membership team will process your information and payment. Once complete, we will send you a Welcome and Important FYI email!
- Triangle MLS: All payments and applications will be sent to Triangle MLS. For more details you please visit https://www.trianglemls.com/ or call 919.654.5500.
New Member Orientation falls on the second Wednesday of every month. The Orientation is held from 9:30am-11:30am. Registration emails will go out a few weeks prior to Orientation date or you can go to our CALENDAR and register today!
PLEASE NOTE! The JCAR New Membership Orientation is a separate class from your MLS Orientation(s). The JCAR Orientation is required to be completed within 90 days from the date of your Letter of Good Standing.
