Community Outreach
Mission: To provide support to our community and local organizations that foster a positive impact on our county and its residents.
Vision: We raise funds and gather supplies needed for local organizations who depend on outside resources to operate. In addition, we offer manpower for groups who need volunteers’ time more so than tangible resources. Some past projects include the Habitat for Humanity, Miracle League Softball, Smithfield rescue mission, Boys and Girls Club, and various school supply drives.

Young Professional Network
Mission: Our mission is to help young professionals, who are new to the Real Estate industry, excel in their careers.
Vision: Our vision is to provide a channel for young professionals to learn, brainstorm encourage, receive/give mentorship, fellowship and grow their business, while giving back to our community.

Mission: To empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in real estate and business through innovative education, practical insights, and personalized guidance, shaping future leaders who positively impact their communities.
Vision: To be a leading institution that transforms aspiring professionals into industry leaders, fostering innovation, integrity, and excellence in real estate and business, while creating lasting value for individuals, organizations, Johnston County and surrounding areas.

Membership
Mission: The membership committee works together to educate, facilitate & collaborate with new members to help them actively engage in JCAR.

Social
Mission: JCAR’s Social Committee is dedicated to enhancing the social experience for its members.
Vision: The Social Committee provides events that are fun yet informative, while bringing the JCAR community together. The JCAR Social Committee will also collaborate with other committees to ensure any and all events meet the standards we, as an association, maintain and endeavor to uphold.

RPAC
Mission: To Educate The Johnston County Realtor Community what RPAC is, What RPAC does and how it affects not only Realtors, but the community as well.
Vision: Debunk the myths of RPAC. More and more REALTORS® Informed and involved with RPAC. Helping the Real Estate Industry and our community move forward in a positive direction.

Affiliate
Mission: The Affiliate Committee represents the JCAR Affiliate by helping to promote and encourage the overall success of the organization’s grown and goals.
Vision: The Affiliate committee works closely with the JCAR Board of Directors to ensure that Affiliate members are promoted, utilized and offered to the JCAR Membership. We enhance the overall JCAR membership with various professional services and products that enable the Membership to sell and service their real estate client’s needs. To build trust and rapport with the JCAR Membership that will foster a level of commitment and devotedness to the use of the JCAR Affiliate Members.

Top Producers
Mission: The Top Producers Council is an organization that encourages successful REALTOR® to share knowledge and expertise through group discussions, to learn through informational speakers and experts and to support our community through our efforts of giving and serving
Objectives: A REALTOR® must apply to become a top producer annually by January 31st. The criteria is annual production of at least 5M in gross sales or 25 transaction sides in the last calendar year.

Parade of Homes
Mission: The Parade of Homes Committee aims to help cross promote the homes featured in the Johnston County Home Builders Parade of Homes

Economic Development Committee
Mission: The ED Committee helps to promote, encourage, and enhance the SMART Growth in Johnston County while keeping JCAR members informed of all the Economic Development happenings in the community.
Objective: The EDC is responsible for attending counting planning, town meetings and community informational sessions to report back to the JCAR Board of Directors and Staff. With this information, the JCAR Staff will create packets to be dispersed to all members keeping informed and updated on all Johnston County updates and happenings in their community. In 2025 the EDC will work with JCAR on creating a Local Political Coordinator program to enhance the relationship between Realtors® and our Local Elected Officials.
